I happened to watch the second episode of the series last night. As it is mentioned in the title, it was really fun watching this, or even it's hilarious! 😅😅 At first, I thought it's a bit boring since the main male lead, Amano Kayame as Takumi Satsuki, has a typical expression like the one he showed in his previous dorama, I's Project. But then, his being weird around girls is really hilarious. 

The plot tells about Takumi Satsuki who is crazy about playing Dragon Quest X happens to get to know Miyako Okamoto (Tsubasa Honda), another Dragon Quest X Otaku. In the game, Takumi uses Pow as his avatar, that is a female, while Miyako uses Goro, a male character. One day, Miyako shares her problems that she no longer has an apartment to live since the building is going to be knocked down. Takumi offers her his shared apartment, since he believes that Goro is male, like him. The day when they meet each other seems to be his doom day because he never thinks that Goro is a girl, a beauty with high self confidence. Knowing that he will live with a girl, it makes Takumi feel uneasy. Different from Miyako, it seems that she doesn't have any problems with it. 

Casts characters 

Takumi Satsuki as Pow (Amano Kayame) 

As I told you before, he seems uneasy around girls. He doesn't have any experience with something called love. So, living with Miyako makes him uncomfortable in his own house. Takumi works in a store called Animate selling books, comics, and maybe DVDs and game CDs. He has some friends and a senior who also plays Dragon Quest X. Thinking about living with a pretty girl, he can't help thinking about something pervert 🤣🤣🤣

Miyako Okamoto (Honda Tsubasa) 

Her character in Dragon Quest X is Goro is a gentleman who always comes to help people in need from dragon. Her gentle character makes Takumi think her wrong. She works in a nail salon. Her job is to take care of people's nail, grooming the nails, etc. Her teammates are all girls. She tells anything about her situation-living with a man-with her friends. She sometimes appears full of make up, but at home, she looks simple without make up, but Takumi always thinks that she is a beauty. One similar thing from her is her straightforward way of speaking. She can start a conversation nicely, but when her partner asks her in return, she can suddenly snap her partner, saying that it is a kind of sexual harassment. You can imagine how complicated Takumi feels, right? 😁😁

Onita (Mamoru Miyano) 

He is a friend of Takumi in his workplace. He is a newbie in Dragon Quest X. He seems to enjoy it, furthermore, knowing that Takumi happens to have a female friend there, and now lives together. There is a room for love, he says. He is easy going, likes giving advice that might be misleading since both Takumi and Miyako don't have any special relationship but friendship. Miyako doesn't seem to have any intention to make Takumi as her love partner, but what about Takumi? Let's see further episodes. 

Well, the series has two episodes so far, so I can't tell much about it. If you wonder whether to watch this series or not, I'd like to say this is quite entertaining. If you are a game Otaku, like Takumi and Miyako, you might have the same feeling about them. I don't play any games, so I can't imagine how it is. I can say there is a room to improve the story. Each character might have their potential to give colors to the drama. But, please don't expose too much on Takumi's being weird around girls character. It will be soon boring.
